A key piece of this, remember, is that these women feel *absolutely fine*... except just before their milk starts to flow. It's very much as if the oxytocin hits some part of their brain that causes really negative feelings, before it enters their circulation and gets to their breasts. A brief interval after the negative feelings hit, the milk flows. Every single time.
