Grazing doesn't make us gain weight.
It's what we graze upon, that makes us gain weight. ;-)
Grazing is a pretty sound way to eat. It's what we graze upon, that
determines if we gain, or lose, weight. Well, in terms of the balance
between what we graze upon, and how much energy we expending physical
activity. Hence us all constantly offering 'grazables' to our toddlers,
as they hurtle once more around the house banging metal saucepan lids
upon metal frying pans... *sigh*
Now, three square meals a day _and_ grazing....! Eeek! That's where
I'm going wrong!
:-)
