I also suggest you plan to attend the LC in Private Practice workshop, held
annually in Philadelphia, usually the last weekend in February. It is an
opportunity to network and learn from lots of LC's in PP from around the
country (and recently, around the world). The kinds of questions you ask are
exactly the kinds of issues that are addressed at this excellent conference.
