Dear Nona and Lactnetters,
Nona states "Fact is not all women can be stimulated by a plastic gadget to
have a letdown. The baby or the mothers' hands can do a much better job in
getting the breastmilk to flow."
I was watching Dr Jane Morton's video from Breastmilk Solutions yesterday on
"Making Enough Milk". I was fascinated to see that mothers were able to hand
express a greater volume of milk after pumping than the double pumping
elicited. She makes a great case for hand expression. The video is
excellent. I have no financial interest in the company.
