A Cdn TV news report on the earthquake in China profiled a older rural woman
who lived near the epicenter. It said "she was nursing her 6 month old
grandchild when the earthquake struck" (the baby, baby's mom and dad all
died, so grandma is now alone.)
I actually don't recall if they said "nursing" or "breastfeeding" but it
definitely seemed clear to me that they meant she was breastfeeding her
grandchild.
