Someone already suggested keeping a food diary. Avoiding a certain
food for one or two days only may not be enough for mom to see if it
helps the baby or not (avoiding a food for 7 - 10 days (and avoiding
it very carefully) would give better information). If a certain food
(or foods) is the problem with this baby, the culprit is probably
something this mom consumes every day since the baby has symtoms
daily.
