My wife (Marie Biancuzzo) tried tracking down an Oski quote (the uncontrolled experiment quote) to no avail a few years ago. She contacted the university which has all of Dr Oski's papers (Johns Hopkins, I believe), but they were still cataloguing them, so they could not help. The JHU web site is no help; perhaps somebody has a contact at Johns Hopkins they could ask?
