For the mom who's been engorged, hand-expressing and cup-feeding a baby who's reluctant to latch, I'd suggest to the mom trying to latch the baby at the end of the feeding, when baby's not too hungry but can enjoy 'dessert' at the breast and practice nursing on a not-full breast.
