Some ideas to think about:
Stay on one side for 8-10 hours
Mother lays on back with baby on top to decrease gravity effects of letdown
Pump to "totally empty" and start over with a fresh slate
Sounds to me the baby is getting a lot of volume, but not a lot of fat. They pee a lot, but not a lot of poops. Gassy, miserable. Might have good weight gains, might not, but supply probably won't be effective after 3-4 months and will suddenly have problems having enough to feed baby.
Not every other feels fullness, or engorgement, so those aren't necessarily reliable signs of supply - the baby usually is a better indicator.
