Ha... my almost 12 year old came home yesterday... She was furious.
They're gonna have a fair in the schoolyard and one of the games will be
throwing at piled up cans with a ball.
Yeah... you can feel it coming...: "Mom, my teacher brought empty formula
cans! Why on earth?!"
The teacher is a pain anyway (has been all year, unfortunately... :-( ), but
this was one more misstep.
I wrote a mail, about 101 reasons to breastfeed and about the Code.
Got a reply this morning from the school director, after I offered to
personally wrap the cans before use: "It will be done in school this
morning."
Surely, you'd rather use empty bean cans, but at least they won't be
recognizable now... ;o)
