Sounds like a mastectomy one side and what's akin to a breast reduction on
the other side. This is commonly done to balance out the size of the breasts
for reconstruction. So I would not be suprised to see some engorgement and
milk on the partial mastectomy-reduced side. Full milk supply?...questionable
but so lucky to have a baby at her breast especially with what she's gone
through! Personally, before I had my surgery I said good-bye and thanked my
breasts for the wonderful job they did satiating and nurturing my children.....I
was so grateful for the knowledge that by simply nursing them, I helped
reduced their risk of developing cancer as well. It's a gift that keeps on giving!
