Are you sure this is infectious mastitis and not recurrent plugged ducts
from an oversupply? Or maybe the first episode was, but these 2 are not?
Especially since the second one was on both sides. It happens, but is
unusual to have infectious mastitis on both sides. How quickly has she
responded clinically each time?

Mom really should not feel full all the time 3 months out. How long has she
had symptoms before antibiotics each time? Has she used heat/castor oil
packs/massage with nursing or pumping? I almost always give them a chance
to clear plugs (including fever, redness, etc) for 8-12 hours before going
to an antibiotic.

WHat is baby's nursing pattern? (How many hours on one breast) What is the
most mom has evere pumped? She could try pumping both breasts well in the
morning, then stay on one side for a length of time (depending on what she
is currently doing) and gradually wean from the morning pumping as
tolerated.

And I hope she will do some probiotics after all these antibiotics.
