Here is a story about an LLLL who was treated with homeopathy for a galactocele. I think the mom could get a consult from the homeopath if she does not have one nearby. Personally, homeopathy would be my first approach. I would also use castor oil packs very often. What is the point of aspiration?? It is only a treatment of a symptom and not the cause.
