Dear Friends:
I am looking for policy statements about hepatitis A and breastfeeding.
There is lots I found through Google on breastfeeding with Hepatitis B and
Hepatitis C (it's fine to breastfeed, although there is a risk of transmission of C
to the baby if the mother has cracked or bleeding nipples).
Does anyone have any links to policy about nursing when the mother has
hepatitis A?
warmly,
