I am working with a mother with a low milk supply. Very brief picture: Three
weeks postpartum...She is quite compliant and is pumping, using domperidone
& practicing attachment care. She started goats rue yesterday. She can
only pump 1 ounce at each pumping (using classic; has used symphony, free
style, PNS)
She has a history of occassional migraines typically associated with her
period. Since delivery she has had a migraine headache every few days...or
more often.
Can there be an association among issues.....menstrual migraine....postpartum
migraine.....low milk supply?
Thank you for any ideas. I am stumped!
