Is this Mom WIC eligible? Is she currently enrolled?

If yes to either question, she can call WIC and ask to be referred to the 
WIC/MSUE  Peer Counselor Mother-to-Mother Program. Enrolling my provide 
access to a loan program through Michigan State University Extension.

The IUD is a Mirena, but it was inserted 6 months ago...

Still no luck with finding someone in WIC in Kalamazoo...
