This is not specifically lactated related but I thought maybe someone may  
have some insight on what I should tell mom.
 
Boy is almost 8 year's old, 41 pounds and very healthy. He breastfed almost  
3 years. The past few weeks he has been complaining that one nipple hurts him. 
 It looks a bit white but not much different that the left side. Does anyone 
have  any ideas?
