Oh no! I just received pumps this week, and they were not like that.... I
just wish Medela would "get it" and get compliant with the WHO code, the
pumps are great, moms love them, they work well, customer service is good,
why are they screwing up like this??? I don't get it for sure, we are
beginning to look at the Hygeia pumps
http://www.hygeiababy.com/
as an alternate and may have to head in that direction for pumps if Medela
doesn't get on board, several other large hospital in our area are also
looking maybe switch pump companies.... we are a Baby Friendly facility and
this is really important to us, cant it be important to Medela too??????

Subject: Medela does it again
I just restocked some pumps, and was putting them on the shelf when I
noticed a new addition to the Pump in Style box front. It says, "It's all
inside...Complete Breastmilk Feeding Set. Includes four bottles and one
wide
base nipple." Next to this is a photo of a bottle with a nipple.
Great. I could previously choose which Medela items I wanted to sell, and
which to omit in order to be code compliant. Now I'll need to stop selling
this
pump if I wish to remain code compliant. I guess that also means that all
the
pump in style accessories must go...
