My first thought was migraine headache.
Often achy teeth are in the description.

I have a mom who wrote me with complaints of achy teeth at 5.5 mo post partum. She is exclusively breastfeeding her baby. She takes a prenatal vit., Vit D, and fish oil tabs. She has a dental appt. in a week or so. I suggested she might be grinding her teeth or she could have some periodontal disease which is common during pregnancy. Any other ideas? Linda Rosetti
