Unfortunately, in their wonderful wisdom?, the USDA has changed the food 
pyramid into an incomprehensible pile   of skinny triangles.  I still use 
the old one (that Laurie spoke about) because it is simple to understand and 
people get the message.  I hate the "new" version and I don't think it is 
just because I'm old and don't like change.:-)  Pat in SNJ
