How fascinating to read about the different reactions. My suggestion  
to explanation is that La Teta is so skillfully showing the child's  
perspective. As a viewer you identify with the children. In  
Breastfeeding Toddlers I identify myself as the viewer, merely. Or  
maybe the mother's friend.
