**I, too, get lost in descriptions like these... I'm a not experienced
enough reader, when it comes to scientific articles.
What I did notice, though, that there was no group that was fed human milk
with fortifier or human milk with human-milk-fortifier. Maybe because human
milk with (human milk) fortifier is on the way to be used more often, these
people felt a need to publish their 'findings'. And what kind of milk was
it, the human milk: was it drip milk, or actively pumped milk? Was the
banked milk matched for age, so premature milk for premature babies? All in
all, many questions remain unanswered and so this is, once again, a study
that may very easily be abused to the advantage of the ABM-industry...
