I sigh but it's usually b/c, after almost eight years of nursing I continue to get a wave of nauesea and feel like I'm going to vomit when I get MER and/or I have a hotflash. I started having hotflashes with my PGcy with my son and have very bad morning sickness throughout pregnancy, getting worse at the end. So yes, I sigh, but it's more to prevent myself from throwing up than perhaps for whatever reason you're thinking about. HTH somehow?
