The responses to my question about what a PACU is, were illuminating. I
never ever would have guessed my way to post anesthesia - I was also
thinking 'pediatric acute' - and then there was 'pediatric ambulatory' from
Australia.
See why it is a good idea to write them out in full text the first time you use
them? Gets everybody on the same page - or in the same care unit, in this
case.
