I would suggest a swallowing study or some further testing re the GERD. If
baby is hoarse and losing weight from not wanting to eat, this child is
quite sick. The child could be aspirating.
If paced bottle feeding is helping, I would definitely use some or most of
that, with own ebm, as opposed to formula, until this gets fixed. There are
now several breastfeeding medicine practices in the country, not sure where
they all are. Do we have a website or way to access these specific services?
Perhaps some of these do phone consultations for a fee, which might help mom
get going in the right direction.
