Hi there. It is not likely that antenatal expression will be very
successful. The fact is that the hormones of pregnancy work to suppress the
hormones of lactation, and you may get some milk, but not much, and it will
not be a fruitful effort, as they say. It's not what the body wants to be
doing at that point.....
