As I read this, they are saying there is no reason to delay solids
_beyond 6 months_. In other words, the recommendations to avoid citrus
until a year, etc. are what they are removing. Also, they are saying
that soy formula _is not_ recommended just because there is a family
history of allergies. Also, don't miss the quote ' the only surefire
advice remaining is to breast-feed.' And the lack of a need to avoid
foods while pregnant or nursing relates to a family history of
allergies. The article says nothing about cases where a baby clearly
reacts to things in mother's diet. It's more positive changes in terms
of breastfeeding than negative, I think.
