Yeah, I should have been in bed already, at 2.54 am, but I'm enjoying the quietness of a silent living room after a week of school holidays and teens around! ;o)
I have a question, especially for those involved in ILCA. I checked the ILCA-website and could not really find what I was looking for.
What would you say, is ILCA's definition of 'quality breastfeeding care'? What does it consist of?
Or said otherwise: what does 'breastfeeding' encompass? How broad is the field, when using ILCA-definitions?
And is there a place where I can find it described on the ILCA-site?
I checked mission and vision, but that page is more practical.
Looking forward to your views,
warmly,
Marianne Vanderveen IBCLC, Netherlands (and off to bed now, knowing her eldest daughter is high up in the air, on her way from New York back home again!)
