Dear Friends:
 
What a fascinating case.
 
What stands out for me is that the baby is alert and happy.
 
If the baby wasn't healthy, it wouldn't be alert and happy.
 
Maybe she nursed so well she never got swollen breasts?
 
Just wondering.
