Julie,
I have all of the books you were asking about and find I don't crack open
any of them, as I just haven't found them useful in private practice. The
books I find I am constantly reaching for and have dog-eared/highlighted the
pages and find very useful are: "The Breastfeeding Atlas" by Wilson-Clay
and Hoover, and the new book by our own Cathy Genna Watson, "Supporting
Sucking Skills in Breastfeeding Infants". These 2 books in conjunction with
Linda Smith's book, the BAB, Med's and Mothers Milk, and the Lawrence book
are my stalwarts and ones I reach for the most often for the clients I see.
I too am a LLL Leader of 8 years, and a fairly new IBCLC (2006), if that
helps any :-)
