**This is what I do, too. But, Morgan, wasn't your question meant to find
out what the effects are if the baby *does* ingest alcohol...?
The way you describe it, Pat (and the way I do towards moms), the baby
doesn't get any alcohol, so no adverse effects to be expected! ;o))
