what can help much is to prop up the large breast to get the nipple up,
higher, "north", lifted, more centered on the breast, ...depending on breast size
may need one, two, or more rolled up washcloths, or a rolled up baby
blanket, tucked snug and secure under breast and out of the way of baby position.
