So there are South Africans on the list!  Thank you all for your replies.  I 
am sure that she did not mean rooibos tea since that is easily available in 
Israel (we even have these really delicious mixed teas of rooibos and other 
herbs/spices).  If she meant the Weleda tea then she is in luck since it 
just recently came here too.  I never saw the name of it, just that they now 
have a 'galactagogue' tea.   So if its a back home remedy she is looking for 
she need only go a few blocks.
