I would really like to see someone do a video collection of all types of
hand milk expression-as learned in various countries and cultures.  The way
I got a freezer full of breastmilk was entirely different from anything
mentioned or pictured on Lactnet.  I just cupped one hand above and one hand
below the fullest part of my breasts and pressed inward.  I could get about
4 oz in a few minutes when it got going really well. My hands (or fingers)
were nowhere near my nipples or areola or where my daughter's mouth would
have been placed.  It worked very well for me and there was no tenderness
anywhere and I got no plugged ducts.
