I can relate to my own "share" of difficult clients over the years. I usually ask the client what is it that she wants. Sometimes, she is forced into breastfeeding by a family member, and that is why she is being difficult. Other times, she is not interested in direct contact, but is interested in expressing. Other times, its just the woman's personality. I'll give them a chance, since most of my "difficult clients" have become great friends. This I keep in mind when I have one (around 3 a year).
