Hi Marilyn
I wanted to say hello from Australia because Trinidad is part of my family
'mythology'. My mum is a trini (She was a Texaco brat!) and I am currently
trawling through my grandmother's photos of Port of Spain, Carnivale and all
the Trini crowd. Last weekend I made callaloo for my grandmother (had to use
spinach - no dasheen or taro leaves here). I have never been there myself
but I love it when the trinis are in town (it sounds like we are having
lunch with the west Indian cricket team - and Gordo always brings the hot
sauce!).
I am a breastfeeding counsellor with the Australian Breastfeeding
Association and a PhD student (looking at advertising and attitudes around
breastfeeding) so I have access to good libraries. If I can ever help you
out with anything, please let me know.

The Informative Breastfeeding Service is a mother support group in Trinidad
& Tobago, West Indies.
I am the only Lactation Consultant in the island.
We have subscribed for several years but about a month ago stopped receiving
emails from you and on reapplying was told that we were taken off the list-
can you tell us why?
I am glad to get back on the list
Many thanks
Marilyn Stollmeyer
