Hello, I would like to get additional opinion on the latest case I was
dealing with. 
I met her when the baby was 2 weeks old, FTT. Until that time mother nursed,
the baby received 3 times formula at the hospital. The pregnancy was
spontaneous, the delivery was natural, fast. The first child was not nursed
because external pressure in the family.
Mother started to express milk at least 8 times in 24 hrs without
significant improvement in quantities. Currently the baby is 3.5 weeks old,
gained weight nicely, mother is able to express 80-100 ml in 24 hrs, takes
Motillium more than a week (30gr * 3 per day). Was examined by gynecologist,
no placenta remainings were found, hemoglobin is normal.
In blood test Prolactin was extremely low (3.7), planning to visit
endocrinologist. Breast form is regular, normal.

Please advice.
