Dear Colleagues: Just wanted to let you know about a great IBCLC Day event.
The IBLCE Board of Directors held their spring meeting last week in
Washington DC, USA. During an opening day meeting on March 5th, time was set
aside for IBCLC Day recognition. All IBCLCs were congratulated and then
received an IBCLC lapel service pin in the color representing the number of
years they had been certified. Totaled up, there were 229 hours IBCLC
service at the table! The recipients were honored and delighted to receive
the pins and wore the pins for the rest of the week!

Do you have your pins? The new IBCLC logo pin and lapel service pins are
available on line or through the mail for a 12.00 (USD) donation. Go to the
MILCC website at www.milcc.org to order your pins and to learn about the
IBCLC exam scholarships made possible worldwide through the pin program! I
hope you all had fun on March 5th.
