Jennifer, could you recommend some reading or websites that can help women heal a leaky gut? I have looked on the web but find I don't know which sites have the best info and don't want to pass on myths or incomplete info to moms. Would also be interested in any studies (I understand that there may not be any directly on this subject). What kind of practitioner is likely to be able to help moms further if they want help with this issue? I'm guessing a naturopath?
Susan and Jane, your comments about how this works and reminders to look a little deeper are well taken. I love this list. I am working with a mom right now who is having a great deal of luck with block nursing, but myself have had the same doubts about how it actually works. Humph. We have so much to learn and good thinkers like you guys are going to take us to the next step.
