Hey all
I am not so new to the list and learning a lot from all you ladies.I am
based in Springs South africa and will be sitting the exam this year.I am a
midwife in private practise and want to ask you for information One of my
moms ask for a diet while breastfeeding in her words "Regarding breast
feeding, I would like to know where I could go to get a list of food I can
eat and not just be told a few things I can't eat." I gave her the normal
info about healthy diet and the 300 kal more a day but she is asking for a
specific list and diet can anyone or does anyone have something like this .A
lot of the mothers in our society although this is geting less and less
believe they can only eat bread, potatoes and meat because all else give
cramps till they come and see us.I would realy apreciate any info
interesting ..to expand this topic Thank you
