Fenugreek is available in pills with 100mg, 300mg and 2400mg.  All I can find is the Academy of BF Med protocol of "fenugreek dose of 1-4 capsules, 3-r times/day for capsules weighting 580-610 gm each (yielding a daily dose range of 1.74- 4.9g).   However, capsule size varies by product, so we need to be specific, and keep up to date on brands since one well known one, just changed the size.  
   What kinds of recommendations are you all making these days?
