Personally, I've tried Fenugreek tea and found that I couldn't get past the taste...it looked, smelled, and tasted like brewed grass clippings....and upon trying to make it more palatable with the addition of honey and sugar, I just simply had myself a nice hot steaming cup of honey-flavoured grass tea! I don't know if it works or not...I couldn't get past the smell and taste!
