I am sorry to inform you that I am not aware of any published research on
the use of pancreatic enzymes or how long foreign proteins remain in
breastmilk after ingested.
If there is any I would really like to know about it.
I have used pancreatic enzymes, and not found them helpful...but I know
others have. Clinically I can tell you that it can take several days for
visible blood in the stool to disappear after the offending protein is
removed from mom's diet, but USUALLY there is improvement in 24-48 hours.
