You might be thinking of some intriguing information from Hale that
Linda Hill posted recently about melatonin, which some adults take as a
sleeping aid. (Maybe this might be something to share with mothers who
pump milk in the morning for the husband to give at night so she can
sleep -- an idea that has caught on like wildfire around here!)
