I use the Medela BabyWeigh often, and I've never noticed a real problem with
the conversion. I will have to check next time at work to convert pounds/oz
to grams and what would be the conversion factor. I use 30 g = 1 oz.
Medela's ads say, I beleive, accurate to 2 g (0.1 oz) which would indicate
that 20 grams would = 1 oz, if I am multiplying both sides of the equation
by 10. So I am not sure what is going on there.
