And Phyllis, when the eye rollers get going, I just say, "Isn't it
nice that there's one thing in this world you can predict with
certainty!"
They have to deal with their own uncomfortable feelings - selling
their own souls for a free lunch! - so I always say, treat them kindly
as they make their deal with the devil.
