Dear all, it is with great sadness that I have to tell you that my dog Ollie
passed away this morning. Ollie was the reason that Lactnet began. I thought
that as a new pet owner (Ollie was a corgi), I could start a listserv for
pet owners of Corgi dogs. Then, if that worked so well, maybe we could start
a similar list for breastfeeding, and that DID work as well. So, Ollie was
the beginning of Lactnet, really, ...and he was a supreme Corgi.
Love, Kathleen, lactation consultant, and mother to three daughters, 2 cats,
and one corgi, now gone over the bridge.
