To all of you who replied when I asked about my friend and coworker several
weeks ago....some positive feedback :)
She had been having a great nursing experience for 10 months, back at work,
pumping going well, no problems....when she suddenly began experiencing
severe nipple pain with excoriation of both nipples. She was treated for yeast
(as was baby) treated with APNO, everything any of us could think of.
It turns out that several of you were right - she just found out yesterday that
she is 9 weeks pregnant! She was astonished as they first baby required
several rounds of in vitro to accomplish the pregnancy. She (and all of us) are
delighted, and she is hoping to continue nursing right through this pregnancy.
