It's hard, though, telling the truth when someone is not willing to hear it.

**Both, of course, but with someone who doesn't want to be educated or
supported, your words will fall on barren grounds... ;o)
In a position of policy maker, we're talking completely different stuff; I
was mainly referring to clients. When it comes to improving care among
HCP's, they have some kind of duty to listen, whether they agree or not.
Then we have to be as strategic as we can and constantly reevaluate the way
we address the issues at hand. Good luck! :o)
