Sounds like a good opportunity for someone who likes to write!  or a neat 
study :-) A clear explanation of how charts should be used (individually!) 
and what catch up or down growth means and when to worry and cautions about 
using commercial charts etc.

At least once a day I'm showing a mom her baby's curve and explaining why it 
is OK (following on his/her same curve) even tho tech told mom "xyz" while 
doing the ht and weight!  I've explained to techs why their comments are not 
helpful a zillion times
 :-(  Some days I want to use a little framed padded cross stitch I did for 
my boss.  It has a big x in the middle and says bang head here :-)
